Delivery

Au Courant Lighting reserves the right to use the shipping service of its choice, depending on the weight and volume of the packages. For any purchase of $ 150.00 or more, we offer free delivery in Quebec exclusively. Some exceptions may apply. Most orders are shipped directly from the product manufacturer, some orders are shipped by Au Courant Lighting depending on product availability. A signature will be required upon delivery. If you are not present during the delivery, a notice will be sent to you, see the conditions of the carrier. If we need to return the package to you, you will have to pay the cost of returning the package to our warehouse as well as reshipping the order to your address. If there is an error on your part in the address, postal code, apartment, office etc., the same return and reshipment costs will apply. Delivery to a PO Box is not accepted.

Delivery time

The standard delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the quantity, item or origin of the product ordered. Delivery times are estimates only. Note that some manufacturers reserve the right to modify or revise a deadline, even following a deadline provided and initially confirmed, it is therefore to be expected that the deadline may be brought forward and even in the opposite case exceeded the estimate. We will email you this revised deadline at a later date. Au Courant Lighting does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. A tracking number will be provided to you, by email, following the shipment of the merchandise. This then tells you where the delivery status of your order is.

Au Courant Lighting does not guarantee the availability of products offered on the site. In the event of an inventory shortage, the deadline may then exceed the standard deadlines mentioned above. In this case, you can cancel your order by contacting us by phone or email. We are not at any time responsible for any damage you may have suffered due to out of stock.
